- Upon receipt, we'll contact you to confirm your order and to address any questions or special requests.

- Sort your brass by your caliber. Ensure that your brass is segregated by caliber.
- Remove: damaged cases, live primed brass, berdan primed brass live ammo, 22s, steel cases and any other debris from the brass.
- Failure to do this properly can delay the processing of your brass.
- Cleaning your brass. You don't need to clean your brass but if you do, it does speed up the process. The cost is the same.

- We ship via USPS Flat Rate Boxes. This is the most economical means to ship. You can load up to 70 pounds per box.
- Include your Order Form in your boxes.
- Purchase your shipping labels in the Shipping Section below.
- We will then email your preprinted shipping labels.
- Attach the labels Securely to your boxes and send them our way.

- We will notify that your brass has arrived.
- We will provide a estimated ship date to return your brass.
- Generally, 5 to 10 business days.
- We process brass on a first come/first serve basis.

- We then begin processing your brass. Any unusable/damaged brass is discard unless otherwise directed.
- If we discover any signs of over pressurization, case separation or any other adverse signs in your brass we will notify you.

- Once your brass is fully processed, we will invoice you for the number of pieces processed and return shipping.
- We can accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo or USPS Money Order.
- Once payment is received, we will ship your brass to you.
