This 8x57mm Mauser remanufactured once fired brass (OFB) is fully processed and ready to load. Mixed Headstamps

This remanufactured 8x57mm Mauser brass is made from once fired Military M2 30 Caliber (30-06 SPRG) brass. We chose this brass because of its strength and that it would be less likely to get mixed up with factory brass and ammo.

We do the following making this brass:

-Cleaned Ultrasonically

-Annealed

-Decapped, Swaged & Resized.

-Formed, Trimmed and Resized again.

-Polished in Stainless Steel chips to provide light deburring and a clean and shiny finish, inside and out.

-Dry tumbled to add a final glow to the brass.
