We’ve changed things up at the shop for this brass. No more mixed brass. We offer our 300 Blackout once fired brass (OFB) converted from 223 Remington in Separate Headstamps – no more mixed commercial and military brass! The brass is MADE RIGHT!

It is Fully Processed and ready to reload. Check out all we do to make this brass ready for you.

The brass is first ultrasonically cleaned in our own proprietary cleaning solution.

We then Annealed the brass prior to reforming. Annealing helps keep brass from hard working during the resizing process. Annealing also helps extend case life.

Brass is then Roll Sized to provide full length resizing.

Brass is then decapped, primer pockets swaged, and reformed to 300 Blackout.

The necks are then slightly expanded to provide the proper neck tension with a Lyman M-Die.

Brass is then tumbled in stainless steel chips to provide a light deburring and a very clean and shiny finish both inside and outside the brass.
